i have a AIO Liquid Cooler in my pc and i want to clean it myself and everything as much as i can. it is a DEEPCOOL GAMERSTORM RGB 240mm CASTLE 240EX Liquid Cooler.
i know about hitting fan radiator with air but can and do i need to refill the liquid and how? thank you.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

It's a closed loop watercooler, meaning if you break the seal you would either need to refill it with the same coolant used in the loop or flush the entire loop and refill it with a premix to avoid galvanic corrosion. You're only needing to clean dirt and debris that's superficially on the radiator and fans. Leave the coolant in the tubes alone.

Well, that's the thing. You generally don't.
AIOs are the cheap and 'dirty'(i.e., convenient) version of a custom loop.
Most models don't have an easy means of refill and flush; you're expected to trash it when it shows signs of failure or outright fails, and buy a new one, of which the manufacturer hopes you buy another of theirs.
