Natural fiber brushes, like boar's hair, goat hair, horse hair, etc, are commonly used in "anti-static" brushes, but that's not quite the same as static-free. If you live in a humid area, you're probably fine. Otherwise you'd be better off sticking to canned air, vacuum, and lint-free natural materials like coffee filters used in conjunction with high-purity isopropyl alcohol (91-99 percent, by preference, but nothing below 70 percent). You can still use the natural fiber brushes, but limit it's use to the small, hard to reach cracks and crevices that the canned air isn't getting the dust out of.
