I have the ABIT KT-7 Motherboard (non RAID from OcUK) and I changed the miltiplier in SOFTMENU III to 100*10.5 (Duron 750 from OcUK)and it would not post. I have tried to clear the CMOS but it still wont post. Please could you help me!
I cleared the CMOS by doing the following:
1. Switching off the machine.
2. Removing the Power Cable & ATX Connector
3. Changing the CMOS jumper to the correct setting to short pins 2+3
4. Changing back the jumper and try to boot (After restoring power)
All I get from the machine Is the power LED's Of which the power and the HDD indicator both remain ON.
Also the LED on my CDRW stays on too. All the fans come on, both the ones connected to the motherboard and connnected to the power supply. There is no light on the keyboard (ie Num Lock, Caps etc...) There is no response from the machine at all. Please could you help me!
