Clear Instructions Needed For Overclocking!

Ok so I'm running the MSI Z87-G43 motherboard with the I7 4770k, yes I have a good fan so all is ok there!

I am a noob at overclocking and need some help. I asked before and got linked to Intel God's thread which didn't really help.

Everywhere I look it seems that the names and options are different from the ones I have!
If possible could I overclock to about 4.5GHz using the Intel extreme tuning utility?
If yes could someone please give me instructions on what I need to change! 😛

Do not ever software overclock. EVER. All you need to do is go into your bios and set what you can to manual. This should allow you to change the multiplier or bus speed of your CPU. See if you can find that, look around.
