Solution
Hyper 212 evo is a decent option.
If you want a more beefy option for a better OC, then I would recommend a cryorig H7.
However, if you want the best of the best, get the cryorig R1 uneversal

The heatsking should be mounted so it it taller than it is wide, and the side with the fan on it should be facing away from the RAM (as in the side closest to the RAM should not be the side with the fan)

so the fan would be closest to the back of the case

Exactly!

so how the heck would i be able to modify the cooler where the
Heatsink is standing up??!!!

Most cooler come that way anyway, but some are rotatable on their mounting bracket.

Is the cooler master cooler I'm getting is it rotatable

Sorry last question since the fan is closest to the back of the case should i flip it so it's sucking hot air out and out the back fan because if I leave it as is the cooler fan will suck away the exit fans air and it wouldn't get any air so basically both wouldn't and then no air could get out. Also the hot air would go to the front and it will stick around and not exit

Yes, you should flip it so the airflow would go: intake fan in the front-->dive bay-->CPU cooler-->exhaust fan

However, some fans don't need flipping because they are installed backwards. Just look on the fan and there will be 2 arrows engraved on it. One of them is in which direction the fan spins, and the other one to where the air goes.

k thx and u didnt awnser one of my questions. can the cooler rotate?

Proabably not.
