Clickfree recognised by device manager but not by My Computer. Says no disk in drive.

Clickfree 1tb 1028wi recognized by device manager as what it is but My Computer just says removable drive. I've tried everything I can find suggested, changing or assigning drive letter, different usb plugs...nothing works. I've also forgotten my wifi password and clickfree don't offer any form of recovery. The Clickfree software doesn't acknowledge it at all.
