Clicking Noise from PSU

I bought the Corsair CX650M 3 weeks almost 1 month ago , the clicking noise appeared after 3-4 days since i built the PC. I've been searching since that day solutions to solve the problem , unfortunately i cannot RMA it , because i open it trying to see if the fan is the cause but it's dead silent , i removed some plastic thing that is between the fan and power cable fan thinking that the air created by fan is moving the plastic which is hitting some part from the psu case. Hi and welcome to Tom's forum.

In this case since you void the warranty the option is look for a place that can fix your PSU I think that the problem is a capacitor but just an expert can say the real problem.

Next time just use the warranty and RMA the PSU...
