Hello - Hearing this ticking/clicking sound coming from, the CPU. I've checked the case fans and they are not the issue. Sounds like it's coming from right where the CPU is. The HDD is on the of the opposite bottom and I'm not hearing any sounds near it when this starts. 2 videos below, thanks for any help with this!

System is the following - CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cool Gaming Desktop Computer, Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6GHz, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD + 2TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB, Windows 10 Home

Thanks for the quick reply. I did try briefly stopping all the fans and the noise was still there, also listened right next to the HDD and there was no noise there. Looking like the pump may be it then.

Yes, OS is on the HDD so can't unplug it.

It doesn't sound like it is coming from the HDD as that is on the opposite bottom side of the computer and when I listened there couldn't hear the noise, or it wasn't distinct.

It would either be your pump or the HDD if not fans.

Looks like the pump is going to be the culprit here, unplugged it from the motherboard for a bit and ran through some processes on the computer with no noises at all. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Something I would mention about this is in regard to the pump and cooler placement. Hard to tell from your video above, but is the pump or the rad the highest point at the hoses?
Thanks, I saw some of the same comments recently from people having similar issues regarding the radiator needing to be higher than the pump. Below is a pic of the factory installed pump/rad, kind of curious now if it was just installed incorrectly? Will attempt to rearrange and let you know, thanks again.
