Since a couple of days I get a blue screen with the error message CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT every time I try to play a game. I have no idea what could cause this problem.
I tried everything on this blog: https://blog.pcrisk.com/windows/12822-clock-watchdog-timeout but nothing worked I need help.

system specs:
cpu: intel core i5-9600k
gpu: RTX 2070
motherboard: gigabyte z370 d3

Nothing is overclocked

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

I followed the link and the steps but after I get a blue screen and I restart my pc there is no minidump.
I think this is because I have to manually restart the system because it just gets stuck on the blue screen and doesn't restart on it's own.

The error has also changed it is now machine_check_exception.
When after the crash I go to events>system there is a critical error with keyword 0x8000400000000002.
