Question Clone gone wrong??

I have just cloned my HHD drive to an ssd m.2 drive cloning went fine computer boots of the SSD drive but when I log in I get 2 error messages saying OneDriveexe. Bad image and another saying my C:\program has not been provisioned. I click ok to both of these errors when they pop up and try to open windows settings or use the search bar in the bottom left and it does not allow me also I can not download anything on the drive from Microsoft edge.

-done from windows 10
-I used crucials app to clone
-I cloned a 2tb hdd drive to a 2000gb m2 ssd
- I let the app it self do the automatic cloning and did not choose manual.
