So, OCCT shows a lot of error when I first did a power test. After 30 min I tried it again and there was no error. How is it possible or what problem is that?Picture of the problem.

Here is the full problem:

I had an issues with rocket league and some other apps (0xc0000005 error in event viewer). All games feels like they're changing at every startup. I literally tried everything I found on the internet and I contacted Nvidia, Microsoft, Epic games to help me. They seems like they can't help more. So I decided to make some hardware tests. I use OCCT and once it found a lot of errors on a Power test. I ran it 4 times and just once I get this error. Every other stability test was good. I even installed an older gpu driver with ddu. I clean installed Windows more times. I tried 11 and 10 too. All drivers from motherboard website (ASUS B660M PLUS WIFI D4).Problem is still there. I wouldn't care if I didn't experience such problems. Don't freeze or stutters something is just not right. I really don't know what should I do anymore. Also, I hardly get any answers from Nvidia, Microsoft, or Epic anymore. Take this to mean that it's good if I get one answer a week. Should I RMA gpu? I bought this PC about 3 years ago.I don't usually mess with Windows after installation. I set my power settings to performance, set 240Hz, game bar off. In the nvidia panel, ultra low latency mode, but I've tried off-on as well, prefer maximum performance, high performance. On BIOS I disable fast boot, enable secure boot with custom (default) key management. But I've tried standard as well. There is no overclock, not even XMP, so the problem is that anything is overclocked. Displayport VESA certified. What's more, when I plug my computer in, the screen of my TV, which is playing a program and not connected to the PC, goes black for a few seconds. Now I'm trying my computer on a different outlet.

Thank you if reading that much to help me.

how old is the PSU?
which power connectors do you use for the GPU? are you using an adapter or one cable from PSU with two plugs or two cables from PSU with two plugs?

do you have other problems e.g. while gaming?

Did you overclock the GPU?

Was the test using the same parameters and did the GPU have the same frequencies and temperature?

Oh dear. This might be its last day. I have seen it, many times! Many many times, and the repairman the first time I saw it told me it's over, but it's not over! The GPU is PERFECT. You might have to "UNDERCLOCK", the GPU. You might try it now. You should Look it up. You do not have too much time, but enough! And you need to do it fast. It might be very bad. It will be okay, and it speeds up the game.
1. DOWNLOAD, msi afTerburner.
2. LOWER CLOCK SPEED BY 20 MHZ.
3. Lower GPU MEMORY CLOCK BY AROUND THAT MUCH. Do not go too little, it might be very bad.
4. RETURN TO ME WITH RESULTS. I will help, and I can help a lot, the GPU might be very good! It will live very long, this one GPU i had this issue with has been alive for 6+ years since!

But what if I didn't get these error when I ran it like 2 more times?

Idk how old is it. It's a pre order PC, so I didn't build it. Idk that too. It aays PCI-E cables.

Yes, like the games are changing all time. Not freezing or stutters just every startup the makes feels difference than 2 min ago.

No.

OCCT and yes they were.
