I am trying to clone a 1tb SSD hard drive to 1tb HDD (same size) using Paragon Drive copy (v15 professional).
I get the drive cloned but can not get it bootable.

Using GPT, Windows 8.1.. what might I be doing wrong?

I have looked for how to's - no luck
Posted on Paragons support site- no response.

Any help is appreciated

Update -
Yes the ssd is in the BIOS,
It is the only drive in the laptop
I have tried several time to clone the drive with different options
The drive is copied but not bootable, nor can I get to system tools with the cloned drive installed.
I posted a support ticket 2 days ago in the Paragon site .. nothing but crickets so far. I expected more from them.

Update 5-20-16
It seems like it was my external docking hardware. We got a new one and everything works find now.

Broken, but good support - ORICO Dual Bay SATA to USB3.0 External Hard Drive Docking Station for 2.5'' and 3.5'' HDD

Hey there, SnowdogJJJ!

I'd suggest you check your BIOS settings and make sure your SSD is in the boot order before the HDD. Another thing that might have occurred is failed cloning process, so I'd suggest you repeat the procedure. You could also attempt to use a different cloning software and see if that will resolve your issue.
Either way, backing up your data somewhere offsite before tampering with the storage configuration is a must! This is the surest way to avoid any potential data loss.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted if you have more questions! :)

Does there exist a "Windows Boot Manager" boot option in bios which point to the target EFI system partition? Maybe you need to create a "Windows Boot Manager" boot option for it.
