I want to upgrade my M.2 nvme. I only have one m.2 slot on my pc, and I don't have an adapter. Is it possible to clone the current M.2 to a SATA SSD then clone the SATA SSD to the new M.2? If so, I'd really appreciate any advice.

Solution
The OS is currently on an NVMe M.2 drive?
Your system only has a single M.2 port?

Macrium Reflect can do this.

Create a Macrium Rescue USB.
Run Macrium, create an Image off to whatever drive has sufficient space. This will result in a single file of <whatever>.mrimage
Power OFF
Swap the NVMe drives.
Boot from the Rescue USB you made earlier
Tell it where the Image is, and what drive to apply it to (the new NVMe drive)
