Cloning Windows from 2 drives to 1

Hey guys,

So I have a laptop with an m.2 ssd and a mechanical HDD. My plans were to upgrade the Mechanical HDD to an SSD and have the OS on the new SSD but i realized that on my laptop, the OS is shared on the m.2 and HDD

I would like to know how I can clone the OS onto the new SSD, then replace the HDD with the SSD and wipe the m.2 as a storage.

I currently have macrium reflect which i've used before but i've never come across a dual storage OS scenario

Hope this doesnt cause any complications with the OS resulting in me having to reinstall windows

Shrink the OS partition down so it'll fit on your SSD, then clone it.
Then remove and wipe the drives and you should be good to go.

It may not work... because, well sometimes it doesn;t.

Also I doubt you have a dual OS storage, unless somehow the drives are raided together, which sounds dumb.
are you sure you don't have an SSHD? which a SSD/HDD Hybrid?
Are you sure its not a backup partition or something?
