In short, my desktop came with 3 fans and now I want to have 7 fans total. Do I need to upgrade my power supply?

I know it depends on the computer parts, but unfortunately I don't know what my computer parts are, other than 500Gb-1Tb of HDD, 16 GB RAM, and a power supply called "LS Ultra 600 Watts". Also, the computer was originally bought from CyberTron for roughly $500-600 about 2-4 years ago.

Four of the fans I bought are: https://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=CA-T12SB4
Two of the fans are from this case: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LRVHH6K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
One of the fans came with the computer so I'm not sure the details for it.

Let me know if you think I need to upgrade my power supply and if so, by how much. Thank you!

Case fans and led case fans consumption is negligible is of the order of a watt, so no need to upgrade your PSU because of the added fans or led lighting, but the reason you should upgrade your PSU is because you 're running a dubious quality one that I would get rid of asap.
Does the Ultra LS Series V2 600W Power Supply work well with this rig? >> http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2786785/ultra-series-600w-power-supply-work-rig.html
Depending on your system configuration (what GPU and CPU are you running) you could swap your older PSU to a quality high efficiency one like seasonic FOCUS series SSR-550FM 550W 80 + Gold or for a higher wattage in the same line.

Thank you! I will check it out.
