Why would someone buy new GPU only to sell it for less then what they bought it. If you do decide to buy this deal ask for a recepit and such because off the warranty

Past that you are trying to put two AIO coolers into what is already an excellent air cooling case.
AIO coolers do not last forever. In time air intrudes or the pump fails and needs to be replaced.
