[SOLVED] Cloud backup of Microsoft 365 ?

Hi,

I saw that Acronis offers an option to backup individual Microsoft 365 accounts, but I'd like to find something less expensive.

Do you know other solutions similar to this for backing up private Microsoft accounts?

I did some digging but I only found solutions for business account.

Do you know something?

The priority are the emails, but I would like to backup also OneDrive.

OneDrive is your back up to the cloud for any and all Microsoft 365 files

You can also keep copies of it on external drives for your own back up to your back up in the cloud

This is exactly what I do I have two external hard drives that are synchronized with my OneDrive and so far I have not lost anything even when computers go belly up

Hi,

If you want to back up the message folders locally, you can move or delete older items with AutoArchive or export the items to a .pst file that you can restore later as you want and use by importing.
