CM Hyper 212 evo and Corsair Vengenace

I have the ASUS M5A78 LMLX with 8gb of corsair vengeance highprofile ram, I wanna upgrade from the stock cooler to the Hyper 212 evo, will it fit? if it doesnt, what other cpu cooler is good for that price or lower?

Yes, the Hyper 212 EVO will work with any DRAM, the fan is height adjustable, I've got Trident X under a EVO on my Z87

You can also put the fan on the opposite side and use it in 'pull' mode.
