CM hyper 412r model vs Deepcool Gammax 300 CPU Cooler ?

wich one cools better and is probably quiter ?
they are currently both at the same price in my country

The cooler master will definitely cool better because it has more heat pipes. As far as noise, they are gonna about the same with a 120mm fan. If you want it quieter, just buy a better 120mm fan.

According to the manufacturers specs

Noise:
CM: 29.4 Dba
DC: 21.0 DBa

Neither has any spec suggesting heat dissipation performance. [a sadly missing measure]

What a difference of 8 DBa means when it inside your case, with power and case fans also spinning is probably nothing.
