CM Hyper TX3 Evo and Core i7 3770 3.4 ghz. Good combo??

Planning on buying an aftermarket cooler since my stock cooler temps hover around 80 degrees while gaming. Im using a 3770 core i7 on Intel LGA 1155 board Micro ATX configuration. Will they work well together and will i see significant improvement? Help appreciated.

Short: Yes.
Long: Good paste application with that cooler installed correctly should bring your max temps to around 50-60.

Also, what about the Hyper 212 EVO? It's on sale now (20$) and should perform even better. Just make sure it fits inside the case.

Where i live, budget wise the TX3 evo is the best option here. Also the new egg 212 ships for a total 29.99. So the TX3 will work well yes ?

Yes, any decent tower cooler can beat the Intel's stock cooler.
