CM Storm Devastator Mouse

So recently I bought the CM Storm Devastator bundle and I've been having problems with the mouse.I plug it in and sometimes the mouse barely moves and sometimes it doesn't move at all.I have a wireless mouse and it works fine on my computer but I don't know what's wrong with this one.The buttons work fine,it's just I can't move it.
If anyone could help,I'd greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried cleaning the mouse? If not, then you might have a faulty mouse and it may need to be returned for either a replacement or a refund.

I finally found the software utility for this mouse: http://www.elecom.co.jp/global/download/utility/mouse_assistant/ Try installing it and see if you can configure the mouse as you expect.
