CM Storm Wiring Help

First time building a PC, and I'm a bit confused by the wiring for the case. I have a few wires left over seen here:

I have literally no idea what to do with these and the manual hasn't been much help. I also can't seem to find any cables to connect my fans to the motherboard, is that not necessary because of the manual fan controls?

In the first pic from left to right.
1- front panel audio
2- unable to tell what it is
3- part of the fan system
4- esata port cable

The second picture is the molex power cable that you plug the Psu into that powers the fans. The fan controller runs the fans instead of the motherboard.

Also, are they both Molex cables and do they both go into the PSU?

i believe that only one of the molex connectors will fit but im not sure, and that other one I think i remember having a leftover cable when I built in mine. Wish I was there I have my storm trooper case here but I replaced all my fans with pwm fans. hope i helped.

I am sure you have figured it out by now but I came across my Storm trooper case manual today and that cable is the led cable.
