Question CMD randomly pops up, immediately closes. (link with pic and vid in desc)

This has been happening since 3 nights ago, have tried numerous solutions online to no avail. Doesn't matter what I am doing; attending online classes, doing homework, playing games, even idling (watching something in bed, still see it happen on my screen across the room). Completely unpredictable, happens probably once every 5-15 minutes though. Malwarebytes says no issues.

The picture says /roaming/abetfbr
I do not have a folder of that name in my directory.

Found it, abetfbr IS in my directory, it is a hidden file. what do I do and/or what info about it do you need to help me figure this out?

I just deleted it on AutoRuns and maybe ive just ignored it but I havent seen it happen in a few hours, if this is just a complete fix so easily you are a life saver. thanks so much.
