Question CMOS battery won’t come out

My gpus stopped working and I want to use integrated graphics for monitors, but I need to reset my cmos. When I press down on that metal piece, the cmos just kind of pops out not fully like other videos. And I can’t get it out. My motherboard is an MSI z390.

Pry it out with a small screwdriver blade while pressing on the release latch.

Why not just use the jumper or button(depending on the exact model) to clear the cmos? Instructions will be in the manual.
