Are all Cmos batteries the same ? I have an MSI z390 Gaming Edge AC.

Cmos batteries will last a very long time. It is unlikely that you would need to replace one for perhaps 3-5 years.
Today, most standard sized motherboards will use a CR2032 battery,
It is round, about the size of a nickle.
But, I have recently seen some smaller ITX motherboards that use an even smaller battery with two attachment wires.
