so on my CMOS Jumper there was another Blue thing with the one you see right there. Im really panicking because I lost the other one? Is this little thing replacable? is there a DIY way idk?

No, it's not lost, to clear CMOS you just move it to middle and free post for few seconds and than move it back as it was.
