Hi So I watched a video since my pc wont turn on(

)
Since I dont have a extra cmos and currently cant purchase one due to covid 19 I decided to try to diagnose it myself by removing the cmos. What happen is when the cmos is inserted the pc wont turn on, no fan is working. But when the CMOS is removed the pc starts up, fans are working but no display. Could it be just the CMOS?

I'm confused. You can't buy a battery at the grocery store?

Having the battery out is fine. The CMOS will reset every time you turn your PC on, but, in a pinch, meh.
I cant everything is closed here. Btw when I try to boot my pc without the cmos battery it wont display anything. When I try to boot with cmos nothing happen no fan no power no everything.
