cmpatable graphics card

I am working with 3d max & Vray rendering software. My PC contains ASUS M5A88-M Mother Board, AMD FX 4100 Processor, 4GB DDR 3 Ram , NVIDIA GEFORCE 9500 GT.
is this mother bord is compatable with the above graphics card or any other graphics card will be performing better?

The 9500 GT could do with replacing to something a bit more up to date but it is compatible with your hardware, what size power supply you got? Depending on the size of your PSU is what card you an use in your machine.
