COD BO2 PC Crash on startup

Hello!

My problem is that my game keeps crashing everytime when i launch the game... This crashing started when i upgraded my gtx 960 to gtx 1070. My drivers are on date and i have ran dxsetup, vredist and verified game cache.. nothing works. I've also uninstalled the game twice. My PC specs are:
i7-6700k
16gb RAM
GTX 1070
ASUS MAXIMUS VIII RANGER
What is the problem? Thank you for all the answers

I honestly don't know what else to check at this point. I will pass this along to the moderation team to see if anyone there has an idea.

I don't own the game but a quick google search shows this to be somewhat common. Try the steps outlined in this thread.

You tried manually installing the necessary DX files?

well i just ran the dxsetup thats all..
