Cod bo3 graphics card

Hello all .... I have recently run acrossed an old win7 64bit computer. With a intel E5800 processor and an on-board intel GMA x4500 graphics with 3GB ddr3 RAM.
I intend on running COD blk ops3 ....
Money is tight .... But what all would i need to upgrade for this to run decently?

To reword that ... What are the absolute minimum specs needed? Like the base graphics card i would need? Would the card ram need to match what the cpu runs?

https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/call-of-duty-black-o/11439 but with very lousy graphics and play. Looks almost like an old DOS game on system like that. They were very generous with minimum specs there. On my other computer which is with PhenomII x4 965BE and 7650 GPU with 1 GB is already pretty playable at mid high settings.
