Cod Frame Drops

I recently bought Call of Duty: WWII and i use max settings and most of the time fps is above 90 but at random moments i experience extensive frame drops to even 5 frames which freezes the game for seconds. I updated gpu drivers still performance didnt get better..I checked gpu usage it is about 93%-98% all the time but as the frame drops gpu usage decreases to 0% i donno why i am experiencing this my specs are as follows:
Cpu: Intel i5 7400
Gpu: Zotac gtx 1060 6gb
Ram: 8gb Ddr4
Hard drive: Hitatchi 2tb 7200rpm

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

Did you make sure you're on the latest BIOS revision? On another note, did you use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers prior to reinstalling them? To rule out WWII, have you seen the same issue on another title(game)?
