Question COD Modern warfare no 120hz..

Hi,I have lg 4k tv which support 1080p120hz.Im playing on 1080p resolution,but problem is I can select only 60hz no 120hz?In cold war I can normalny select 120hz.Only if I change desktop resolution from 4k to 1080p than It shows 120hz in game graphic menu.Tnx in advance

What cable do you use?
What is the model of the TV (or at least which version of HDMI version does it support).
What is the GPU?
