CoD:MW3 Fps frop/game freeze

So i bought MW3 the other day and well ive ran into a problem. My fraps says i get 90+ fps while in game, then sometimes randomly it will drop to zero and freeze then go back up. This happens every couple of minutes, a few times a game.


PC :

CPU: Amd fx 4100 (3.6GHz)
GPU: Evga GTX 760 4gb
Memory: 8gb
HDD: 2tb
