CoD Video settings

Sorry in advanced about asking this but i seem to be having issues with the new Call of Duty on my system running like junk. I'm running a i7-4770K at base clock, EVGA GTX 780 SC, and 16 gigs of ram. When I first started the game everything was working ok then I messed with the video settings and low or high the game wants to lag out. What I wanted to ask is if this is a common issue and if so could someone help me out with so tips? First game I have found that I can not play on max =/

is the supersample on? turn OFF shadow cache and if supersample is ON reduce it to 2x or 4x dont go full supersample
