CoD2 fps issue...

For some reason CoD2 wont run at high fps, i have to play with the lowest possible settings for it to got 60fps. On Game Debate it says i can run it with high settings on 1920x1080 but my monitor only supports 1024x768 -__-

That's not right is should work just fine. Ahve you installed teh altest drivers for everythign and is windows updated?

Also, are you running it in compatibility mode for WX SP3?

Latest drivers installed and WinXP SP3/SP2 set for compabilty....
