COD4 Cheats dont work.

Does anyone know why my COD4 will not let me enable the cheats? Not the in game intel cheats but the ones you enter in the console for single player. I press ` and the console comes up but then I enter "god" for example and it does nothing. I even went into the .cfg finle and changed monkeytoy to 0 butt o no avail. I could really use those cheats!

I find it very hard to understand why anyone would buy a game - then resort to using cheats, even if it is the single player game.

it would proably be 'god 1' to enable and 'god 0' to disable.

Otherwise, agree with ulysses...
