Question CODE 15

Problem:
Installed all parts, went to boot. Code 15. Updated bios w/qflash.
Returned mobo and ram for new. Installed same error. Move ram to slots 1/3 same error.
Took ram out get code c5
I ordered the ram on gigabyte memory support. Same errors.
I am on 2nd mobo and 3rd set of ram.
What do i do?

Got a link to the ram you're working with?

Move ram to slots 1/3 same error.
When working with two sticks of ram, they should be populating slots A2 and B2 on the motherboard.

How are you cooling the processor?

You mean an RTX3090? If so, you forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. If the PSU is recycled from an older build, please mention the age of the unit.

Remove all M.2 drives and see if your get POST.

GPU and CPU are water cooled with corsair custom loop.
And brand new corsair 1k psu

Pulled cmos battery out, nothing.
