Question Code 43 on any GPU I install

Usual methods haven't worked. I've tried with multiple cards, replaced the motherboard, power supply, reinstalled windows.

Really at my wit's end here. Basically the only things I haven't swapped out are the processor and the RAM.

I don't know if you've tried to do these two things.

1. Clear CMOS
2. Format Windows

Tried clearing it and flashing the most recent BIOS, but I’ll try again and see what happens.

This is my third install of Windows, one of which I did to a different drive. Is there any other formatting worth trying?

What "any" gpu did you install? Pls list detailed hardware and OS

Did you tried different PCIE slots? Looks like a defective one.
Code 43 can be related to hardware issue.

Fixed the problem! Unfortunately it required replacing every part of the PC until I found the culprit. The CPU was the problem. Not sure how/why the CPU can cause a code 43 on the GPU, but hopefully this helps someone else who has tried all the GPU based fixes.

CPU has PCIE interface, chipset (motherboard) is responsible for lane steering (multiplexing and steering the lanes from the slots). Problems with CPU PCIE interface would yield all sorts of issues...
