code 43 Yellow triangle in device manager near gpu

gpu drivers are not being installed. i have a gtx 1060 and a 6800k. everthing was working fine then one day i updated my gpu drivers and suddenly the gpu had yellow triangle besides it in device manager.
i did a clean install of my windows 10 pro
i have clean installed gpu drivers
i tried everything but it still doesnt work

Lucid Virtu requires a motherboard with an igpu last I looked the X99 boards have no igpu.

Can you test the 1060 in another slot or another system and try and verify it's not a failing gpu?

just google windows 10 and code 43 and read and weep plenty on it

also I see if that malware called 10 is not fully updated with that anniversary update your card may not work one guy did say once he had that and all updates were in his card installed and worked right off the bat ??
