I'm an adult, so I'm not going to say "HYPE," but I will say... CAUTIOUS OPTIMISM!

The trailer and graphics were just "meh". I've loved the DIRT series, but I don't really see any reason to get this one (what's been shown thus far).

The materials will react a bit more realistically. A lot of developers have went all in on PBR and the fruits of that are starting to be shown. There really isn't a lot of complexity to racing games, so I can't see them doing much improvements outside of the damage models and graphics.
