Hello, I've had a certain sound happen quite frequently under very specific situations and sometimes even random ones. That being a sudden and loud-ish buzzing-like sound which I can't figure out where it's coming from. It usually happens when I'm rendering something in After Effects that has a lot of frames or alternatively when I'm playing something such as Genshin Impact (with quite low settings even though my components can handle higher settings). It doesn't start immediately, just randomly it starts and temporarily stops when I shake the pc slightly. But then returns again with the noise and eventually stops for no reason at all, at least from my perspective. I've recorded that sound and I'll post it here so you can have a listen as well and help me figure out what is going on. My doubts were that it might be related to HDD sata cable not being fully inserted but I already tried to push it in as much as possible (while trying to be careful I don't cause damage by doing so). The noise seems to come near the top fan or cpu cooler or just area that is near the front or middle but I'm not sure 100% and right now don't have a way to check it atm. And honestly have no idea how I'd check if its the fans or not as I don't think there's a way for me to disable just that one specific fan when the noise happens. I'd appreciate if you have some tips for that so I can figure things out without having to risk damaging things with forceful stopping.
Ignore the loud thump, that was my phone hitting the side of the pc slightly during the recording. Keep in mind the buzzing stops near the end of the audio, roughly 13th second.

I hope you can help me figure out how to find the source of the noise alongside potential culprits that I can verify easily
Edit:
The noise doesn't always stop when I shake it but it usually does in 99% of situations. Sometimes it keeps going and I have to be rougher with the shake. Until it either stops temporarily or just starts/stops in quick succession
