Hello!
I have an Nvidia GTX 1070TI Cerberus from Asus and it has a coil whine. I read on the internet that it's normal and that it shouldn't concern me, but is it normal to start the moment i launch a game? It does this with any game, even older ones (Call of Juarez from 2005). Why is that? I tried settings FPS lower, resolutions lower, it does it nonetheless. Can't really hear it during gameplay but I can during loading screens and it's a little irritating. Should I be worried?
*Edit: There is no coil whining or any annoying sound in CS:GO

Solution
I'm no expert but I ust to have coil whining with an old 660. I believe it happens when the GPU goes under load, nothing ever happend to my 660 and it worked great.

Thank you for the answer

Ignore it because there really is no way to fix it unless you want to go start trying out loads of different psu or just get a new card shouldn’t cause any problems other than annoying you lol
