Question Coiling sound while gaming only

I notice this sound happened like 3-4 days ago. Funny thing is, the coiling noise stops when i alt - tab to desktop. but it appears again when i tabbing back to my game.
Is this something i need to be concern of?

Built this PC like 9 months ago. No problem ever since.

In general the only sound you need to be concerned of from a video card is if a fan is grinding. Even if it truly is a coil making the noise and it is somehow defective it is not something the manufacture will cover under a warranty and it is not cost effective to even think to attempt to replace soldered part on the video card itself.

The solution will come with time, your ears will get too old to hear this type stuff anymore like me
