Question Cold boot problem, black screen. BIOS bug ?

Hello i just bought an i9-14900K ( and my problem is it restarts / cold boots.
I previously had an i7-14700k without this problem.

After starting PC and even then later starting pc (i.e. during changes in BIOS) everytime i get black screen for like one minute and then boots up normally, POSTed and just load the windows. Tried some tips but without luck. Do you have any idea what this could be?

My rig below:

CPU : i9 14900KF (brand new, bought few days ago)
GPU: MSI RTX 3070 Ti Gaming X
CPU Cooler : Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 AIO
Motherboard : TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI (with latest bios 1402
RAM : 2x32GB G.Skill Trident Z. (running default XMP profile atm)
PSU : Be Quiet Pure Power 12M 1000W
SSD: 2x 2TB Samsung 990 Pro, 1x Crucial P3 500GB

I am in the end and tried many solutions, but still problem persist. I have latest bios for motherboard. And what is more strange that this problems doesnt occurs on last i7 14700K.

What to do? Any one have idea? Could be this problem with booting desired from motherboard?

Resolved - too much pressure on a contact frame. with screwdriver had turn back little a bit and its ok now.
