Question Cold War - Priority Resetting

So this issue is only happening with Black Ops Cold War, its just making me not even want to play the game because of how choppy it is.
When I set the game to high priority in task manager, when I tab back into the game it auto resets to low, so if I tab out put it back to high and then tab back into the game it will just reset back to low, meaning the game is constantly only playing on low priority.

How do I solve this???

Why was it in low priority to begin with? where the game from? try reinstall it?

It was just like that to begin with but literally this is only happening on cold war its so strange the cpu priority just resets as soon as I tab back in
and the game is off Battlenet
