Question Color difference on the right and left side, one monitor

I recently bought a 30 inch Xiaomi monitor and I have a strange problem with it. (VA panel)
The dark gray color on the right side of the monitor is slightly combined with a halo of red color and is completely recognizable to the eye. (The left side does not have this problem; this problem is also not evident in other colors)
...........
Actions taken but without effect:
1. Changing the cable (DP and HDMI)
2. Changing the refresh rate from 60 to 200
3. Turn off the room light
4. Using the HDMI output of the laptop instead of the PC
5. Changing the color and light settings of the monitor
.............
This problem was also present in my previous monitor, but it was not so severe. ((maybe it was not visible due to the smaller screen (LG 22MK430HB)))

I went to the store where I got this monitor and there we tested another monitor and it was the same.
I think Xiaomi has used a low quality panel in this monitor to reduce production costs, Or this is a refurbished item.
I do not know
