Question Colors are mixed after electricity went off.

Hello everyone,
I bought amd rx570 graphic card and highpower 600w psu last week. This morning electricity went off and came back in 5 mins. I turned on the computer. When things move on the screen colors are mixing. I tried to reinstall the driver but it becomes same when i reinstall. Did my graphic card die ?

I would try to reseat the GPU and disconnect and reconnect monitor cable.

Your PSU seems to be something I would not trust with an RX570.

I reseated it didnt fix my problem
