Combining 2 solid state HDD's

Hello, I have a 250 Gb SS HDD which I use as my C dive, all data goes to a separate drive. I have a 128 Gb SS HDD can I combine this with my SS C drive without having to reload Windows and all my programs? I am running Windows 8.

What do you mean by "combine"? Add the capacity to the 250GB? Just add the SSD as a third drive and install new programs to it or relocate the windows temp folder to it.
