Combining USB and Wi-Fi

My Aunt has DSL, Windows 7, Not Wi-Fi compatible. I have a new laptop, Windows 8.1. How can I run both. We live seperatly, about 150ft to 200ft apart.

What is the model of your dsl router/modem??
Are you saying the router/modem does not have wifi or your aunts computer?

You will not be able to "steal" her wifi with just her router and your laptop without connecting a good access point/bridge and antenna on her roof and that assuming you have line of sight to her house (meaning if she stands on her roof and you stand on yours you could see each other.
