[SOLVED] Comcast router is assigning wrong IP.

When I set up my comcast routers default gateway to 10.1.0.1 it assigns it says my default gateway is 192.168.1.165 when I set up my default gateway to 192.168.0.1 it gives a default gateway as 10.1.4.1 and i have limited to no connectivity this is a wired network.

Could you have more than one DHCP server on your network?
Start by having JUST your PC wired to the router. No other devices wired or wireless. Does it work?
